Mixing is a process in which the masticated raw rubber is mixed with the ingredients, placed in a rubber mixing machine, and the ingredients are evenly dispersed in the raw rubber through mechanical mixing.

Mixing is an important process in the production of rubber products. If the mixing is uneven, the effects of rubber and compounding agents cannot be fully exerted, affecting the performance of the product. The rubber obtained after mixing is called rubber compound. It is a semi-finished material for manufacturing various rubber products. Commonly known as rubber, it is usually sold as a commodity. Buyers can use the rubber to directly process, shape and vulcanize it to make the required rubber products. Depending on the formula, the rubber compound has a series of different grades and varieties with different properties to choose from.
