Inspection standards for insulating rubber sheets: (Take 8mm insulating rubber sheets as an example)
1. Appearance: 1) The depth and height of the marks do not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber plate
2) There should be no more than 5 bubbles with an area less than 1cm per square meter, and the distance between any two bubbles should not be less than 40mm.
3) The depth and length of impurities shall not exceed 1/6 of the thickness of the rubber sheet
4) The width of uneven edges or sea surface shall not exceed 10mm, and the length shall not exceed 1/10 of the total length of the rubber sheet.
5) No cracks

3. Tensile strength and elongation at break:
1) Tensile strength (Mpa) ≥5.0
2) Elongation at break ≥250%
4. Fixed elongation (150%) permanent deformation ≤ 25%
5. Hot air aging (70℃*72h): tensile strength reduction rate ≤ 30%
6. Water absorption ≤1.5%
7. Electrical insulation performance test:
1) Withstand voltage test: 25KV (effective value), hold for 1 minute, there should be no breakdown.
